Wire Galvanizing Lines: (Hot Dip and Electro)
17 Line to 40 Line Hot Dip/Electro Galvanising thick wire from 6mm to 1.6mm having coating/ light coating and fine wire1.4mm to 0.4mm. Medium speed/high speed, led bath annealing, fumeless pickling, horizontal side winder/vertical drop roto Coiler, stationery Coiler 100 kgs to 500 kgs finish GI wire coil weight also custom built.

1. Wire coiling
1). Coiled the coated wire from the inside to the outside, to protect the wire from disordered, coiling wire from outside to inside is forbidden.
2). Unload the wire from the pay-off immediately while there are only around 20 wire circles remained, welded firmly to the wire of the same type and specification, insure the weld bore is flat, filed it to flat and make it sure that it can bear the weight of more than 250N/mm2.
2. Descaling and straightening
After descalled and straightened, the surface is cleaner, the surface oxide is tore out and is easier to acid pickling.
3. Acid pickling---adopt hydrochloric acid pickling generally
The acid pickling wire is silvery white (color of pure steel) after washed away the surface oxide and the rust, quality of annealing is very important to the semi-finished wire, it will effect the acid pickling result directly. Preparation method: proportion of industrial hydrochloric acid to water is 2.4:1, stirred uniformly with stick, concentration is in range of 130B'e to 170B'e.
4. Water washing
The remained acid on the surface of the wire can be washed away in the water groove, after this plating groove worker should plug the waste wire in the waste wire shelf.
5. Zinc electroplating
Principle: zinc anode, steel wire cathode, ZnSO4====Zn++SO4--
6. Cold water pool
Clean out remained plating liquid on the surface of the coated wire, replace water every shift.
7. Hot water pool
To make it easier to dry in the oven, heat up the wire with hot water of around 80C, add in industrial soap flakes until the wire is slick, the consumption is 0.3kg per 1 ton finished product. Replace water every shift.
8. Dry the coated wire in the oven
Textile worker must turn over the waste wire on the oven two times per a shift.
