Introduction of Reinforcement mesh production line:
The reinforcing mesh welding line is suitable for the manufacture of engineered mesh. It is equipped with auto line wire feeding system which can improve the production efficiency obviously.
Working Process: the line wire was pre-straightened and cut to length to be driving by servo motor. The cross wire pre-straightened and cut to length are fed to the welding stations one after the other automatically coming down. extremely fast and easy to change and produce all mesh configurations.
Reliable quality: key gear elements and electric components are produced by group of Europe or Asia.
Professional welding transformer: import European technology and Japanese material to produce professionally.
High efficiency of vertical bar feed-in: mechanical and automatic combined, increased the produce efficiency by 20%.
Supercharged welding cylinder: choose the special supercharged cylinder, forced reasonable and balance.
Control system: adopted the European special anti-interference servo motor and controller.
